What are the limitations of the community version?

All features work the same as they do in the full version. The community version can run on one domain and includes "Powered by" text in the editor footer.

How do software updates work?

All paid licenses include free updates for one year. After that period, you can get the latest updates by renewing the license or purchasing a new one.

How does license renewal work?

You can extend your technical support and update period by renewing your current license with a 25% discount within 30 days of the expiration date. Email sales@richscripts.com.

Which license edition is right for me?

Review the Licensing Info page for edition details. If you need a licensing option not listed on the site, contact us and we can help you choose the right fit.

Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?

Yes. We offer a 20% discount to non-profit organizations depending on the organization's line of work.

What is your refund policy?

We do offer refunds and aim to handle them in a way that supports long-term relationships with our customers and community.

How do I receive the product after purchase?

After purchase, you receive an email with download details right away. You can register the order and download the license file immediately.

Can I try RichTextEditor before I buy it?

Yes. Download the evaluation build from the download page and test RichTextEditor in your own application before purchasing.

What payment methods can I use?

We use Stripe and PayPal for secure online ordering. All major credit cards are accepted, and you do not need a PayPal account to complete a purchase with a credit card.
